Delivery Policy

  • We deliver to all postcodes in Mainland UK (please see below for exclusions)
  • Standard delivery of £9.99 for orders below £100 (1-2 working days)
  • Free delivery on orders £100 and over (2-3 working days)
  • Cut-off point for Standard delivery is 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following week.
  • Delivery estimate may vary during national holidays and busy periods.
  • Minimum order value of £20 applies.

When to expect your delivery

We aim to prepare all meat to order, to guarantee freshness and quality. When you place your order with us, it can take up to 2 working days to process, once processed and dispatched you can expect to receive your delivery within 1-2 working days. (Please note we do not offer weekend deliveries and do not dispatch on weekends). We will keep you informed about the status of your order through the whole process and where a delay is anticipated, we will aim to contact you to keep you informed.

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched. Once the order is with our courier partner, they will contact you with a tracking number and estimated time slot for delivery (usually within 1-2 working days).
Please note, due to the perishable nature of these products, we ask that customers pay particular attention to courier delivery notifications. If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel due to the customer not being at home during the advised time slot, the liability for loss of goods lies with the customer. Halal fine foods cannot be held responsible and no claim can be made against Halal Fine Foods.  

How you will receive your order

All orders will be sent in insulated packaging containing ice packs tested to keep your meat fresh for up to 48 hours in an unopened package. Click on "How an order is packed" tab on the menu on the left hand side of this page.On receipt of goods, please immediately refrigerate your items to ensure freshness. Please note all fresh items are suitable for home freezing. Our Commitment To You

Halal Fine Foods are committed to getting your order delivered to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We work closely with our butchers and courier partners to ensure that your order is prepared, packed and handled with care to reach you just as you expect.We deliver to all postcodes in mainland UK, with a delivery charge of £9.99 for all orders below £100. Orders £100 and over will be delivered free of charge. A minimum order value of £20 applies.We aim to get all orders dispatched on the same day, for delivery the next-working (when placed before 12pm). Orders placed after the cut off on Thursday will be dispatched the following working week. We ask that you take into account a possible delay in delivery during seasonal variations (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays etc). When planning for a special occasion or bulk order please allow for an extra 24 hours for adequate preparation and delivery time. We will always contact you if we anticipate any possible delays in getting your order to you. 

Post Code Exclusions

Due to the perishable nature of this product, we are unable to deliver to the following areas/ postcodes.(AB30-35, AB36-38, AB41-54, AB55-56, BT, DD9-10, EI, FK17-21, G83, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW0-14, KW15-17, PA20-80, PH15-18, PH19-29, PH30-31, PH30-33, PH34-44, PA45-48, PH49-99, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE)

1) Meat is packed in sealed containers. Container is clearly labelled with name of product, weight/ quantity info and date packed. 

2) Recyclable box is lined with insulated wrapping and ice packs designed to keep your meat fresh for up to 48 hours in an unopened box.

3) Meat is placed with ice packs below and above it and covered in insulation wrapping.

4) Finally items are all sealed with your itemised receipt and sent with our 3rd party courier.

5) On receipt of goods, please immediately refrigerate your items to ensure freshness. Please note all fresh items are suitable for home freezing. For frozen items, do not refreeze once thawed.

Please note: our packaging is suitable for recycling, please aim to recycle where possible.

How To Track Your Order

  1. When you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provide at checkout.
  2. Once your order has been prepared and packed, we will send you an email notifying you that it has been dispatched via our courier. 
  3. The third party courier will contact you providing a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
  4. The third party courier will also keep you up to date with the progress of your delivery and will provide you with an estimated date and time of arrival. 
  5. If you are having problems with the tracking number, you can contact Halal Fine Foods at support@halalfinefoods.com and we will be happy to provide you with an update.

Please note, if the courier is unable to deliver the parcel due to the customer not being at home during the advised time slot, the liability for loss of goods lies with the customer.

Cancelling An Order

If you change your mind, you are free to cancel an order, once it has been placed. Please see below for details.

  1. As we dispatch your item the same day or next day depending on when you place your order, we give our customers a 1 hour window from the time you’ve placed your order to either amend or cancel your order.
  2. Should you wish to cancel your order after the cut off time but prior to delivery, we may charge you in full for an amount equal to the value of your order, including any delivery costs.
  3. Any cancellation must be sent to us by email to support@halalfinefoods.co.uk within the 1 hour cut-off period with your order number and delivery address.
  4. Where you order goods that are unavailable for any reason, we shall notify you and we will agree to send an alternative product with your order or organise a full refund or a credit voucher.

If You Are Not Happy With Your Order

We aim to always provide the best and freshest produce and are confident that you will love your order. However, in the event that something is not right, please contact our friendly customer service team who will be more then happy to help. You can contact us at support@halalfinefoods.co.uk, with your name, order number and problem.

Please note, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you. However, if the goods you have ordered do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, at our absolute discretion (subject to a full investigation), send you a store voucher code. This will be redeemable only on this website.

When contacting us about problems with your order, we ask that photographic references be provided. This will allow us to complete a full investigation with our courier partners and operations team. We aim to resolve all complaints within 24 hours and will contact you with a resolution at the earliest possible time.
