Where We Deliver

We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes (see exclusions below).

Delivery Costs

  • FREE delivery on orders £50 and over 

  • Just £7.99 for orders under £50

When to Expect Your Delivery

  • Place your order before 2pm for next-day dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be sent out the following Monday.

  • Want a Saturday delivery? No problem — simply contact our friendly support team for details (additional charge applies).

  • During holidays and peak times, delivery may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Our Promise of Freshness

Every order is prepared to order by our skilled butchers to guarantee freshness and quality. Processing usually takes just 1 working day (up to 2 at busy times), and once dispatched, your order arrives within 1–2 working days.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way:

  • You’ll get a dispatch notification.

  • Our courier will send you a tracking number and time slot so you know exactly when to expect your box.

👉 Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery, as our products are perishable. If no one is home, the courier will follow your delivery instructions or leave it in a safe place.

How Your Order Arrives

Your meat will arrive in insulated, chilled packaging with ice packs that keep it fresh for up to 48 hours unopened.

  • Refrigerate on arrival to lock in freshness.

  • All fresh items are suitable for home freezing.

  • Frozen items should not be refrozen once thawed.

Postcode Exclusions
Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot deliver to:
(AB30–35, AB36–38, AB41–54, AB55–56, BT, DD9–10, EI, FK17–21, G83, GY, HS1–9, IM, IV, JE, KA27–28, KW0–17, PA20–80, PH15–99, PO30–41, TR21–25, ZE).

  1. Packed with Care
    Your meat is placed in sealed containers, clearly labelled with the product name, weight, and the date it was packed - so you always know exactly what you’re getting.
  2. Eco-Friendly, Freshness-First Packaging
    We use recyclable boxes lined with insulated wrapping and ice packs. This keeps your order fresh for up to 48 hours - even if the box stays unopened.
  3. Chilled from Top to Bottom
    To lock in freshness, we place ice packs both above and below your meat, then wrap everything in insulation.
  4. Ready to Go
    Once everything’s snug and secure, we pop in your itemised receipt, seal the box, and hand it over to our trusted courier for speedy delivery.
  5. When Your Box Arrives
    Please pop your items straight into the fridge to keep them fresh.
    All fresh cuts can be frozen at home if you prefer.
    For frozen items, just a quick note: once they’ve thawed, please don’t refreeze them.

🌱 Good to know: Our packaging is recyclable, so please recycle where you can - it helps us all do our bit!

How To Track Your Order

  1. When you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provide at checkout.
  2. Once your order has been prepared and packed, we will send you an email notifying you that it has been dispatched via our courier. 
  3. The third party courier will contact you providing a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
  4. The third party courier will also keep you up to date with the progress of your delivery and will provide you with an estimated date and time slot for delivery. 
  5. If you are having problems with the tracking number, you can contact Halal Fine Foods via our live chat or email at help@halalfinefoods.co.uk and we will be happy to provide you with an update.

Please note: If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel because no one is at home during the advised time slot, the responsibility for any loss of goods will lie with the customer.

Cancelling An Order

If you change your mind, you are free to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please see below for details.

  1. As we dispatch your item on the same day or next day depending on when you place your order, we give our customers a 1 hour window from the time you place your order to either amend or cancel your order.
  2. Should you wish to cancel your order after the cut off time but prior to delivery, we may charge you in full for an amount equal to the value of your order, including any delivery costs.
  3. Any cancellation request must be sent to us by email to help@halalfinefoods.co.uk within the 1 hour cut-off period with your order number and delivery address.
  4. Where you order goods that are unavailable for any reason, we shall notify you and we will agree to send an alternative product with your order or organise a full refund or a credit voucher.

If You Are Not Happy With Your Order

We aim to always provide the best and freshest produce and are confident that you will love your order. However, in the event that something is not right, please contact our friendly customer service team who will be more then happy to help. You can contact us at help@halalfinefoods.co.uk, with your name, order number and issue.

Please note, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you. However, if the goods you have ordered do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, at our absolute discretion (subject to a full investigation), send you a store voucher code. This will be redeemable only on this website.

When contacting us about any issues with your order, we ask that photographic references be provided. This will allow us to complete a full investigation with our courier partners and operations team. We aim to resolve all complaints within 24 hours and will contact you with a resolution at the earliest possible time.
