Please note, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you. However, if the goods you have ordered do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, at our absolute discretion (subject to a full investigation), send you a store voucher code. This will be redeemable only on this website.
When contacting us about problems with your order, we ask that photographic references be provided. This will allow us to complete a full investigation with our courier partners and operations team. We aim to resolve all complaints within 24 hours and will contact you with a resolution at the earliest possible time.
